The apartment has a balcony in the living room and another private balcony for the bedroom.

From the arcade in front of the apartment door, you have a view over the entire Essen skyline. A beautiful view, especially at night!

Parking facilities:
★ There is a parking garage next to the building where you will always find a parking space.
★ Alternatively, you will regularly find a parking space on both sides of the street. These are free in the evenings and at weekends.
★ Opposite the house is a 30 zone where you can park along the entire street at any time free of charge

This is the 12-storey high-rise building. The entrance is by the antique store to the left of the stairs.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Rüttenscheider Straße (3 minutes on foot). In this street you will find interesting restaurants, fashion stores and a number of nice cafés. Of course, you will also find a grocery store nearby. There is a DM, an Aldi and other small kiosks next to the building.

Messe Essen and Gruga Park are less than 5 minutes away by car. Essen city center can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.

Downstairs there is an inviting antique store with a large exhibition in the shop window. The exhibition is regularly modernized and is always special.

An Aldi and DM are within walking distance. Just walk up the stairs outside the front door and go straight into the new building. There is an Edeka in the building. If you walk through the building, you will come to Rüttenscheider Straße and find a Lidl a few meters further on the left.

Several kiosks are just a few minutes’ walk away.

There is a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a shisha bar and other stores in the immediate vicinity.
