★There is a parking garage next to the house where you can always find a parking space.
★ Alternatively, you can regularly find a parking space on both sides of the street. These are free of charge in the evenings and at weekends.
★ Opposite the house is a 30 zone where you can park for free all along the street at any time. This is the 12-storey high-rise building. The entrance is by the antique shop to the left of the stairs.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Rüttenscheider Straße (3 minutes walk). In this street you will find interesting restaurants, fashion stores and a number of nice cafes. Of course you will also find a grocery store nearby. Next to the house is a DM, an Aldi and other small kiosks.

Messe Essen and the Gruga Park are less than 5 minutes away by car. The city center of Essen is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Downstairs in the house there is an inviting antique store with a large exhibition in the shop window. The exhibition is regularly updated and is always special.

Parking facilities:

★ There is a parking garage next to the building, where you will always find a parking space.
★ Alternatively, you can regularly find a parking space on both sides of the street. These are free in the evenings and on weekends.
★ Opposite the house is a 30 zone, where you can park all along the street for free at any time.

An Aldi and DM are within walking distance. To do so, just walk up the stairs in front of the front door and go straight into the new building. There is an Edeka in the building. If you walk through the building, you will reach Rüttenscheider Straße and find a Lidl a few meters further on the left.

Several kiosks are within walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity is a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a shisha bar and other stores.
