The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Rüttenscheider Straße (3 minutes on foot). In this street you will find interesting restaurants, fashion stores and a number of nice cafés. Of course you will also find a grocery store nearby. There is a DM, an Aldi and other small kiosks next to the building.

Messe Essen and Gruga Park can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. Essen city center can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.

Downstairs there is an inviting antique store with a large exhibition in the shop window. The exhibition is regularly modernized and is always special.

An Aldi and DM are within walking distance. Just go up the stairs in front of the front door and walk straight into the new building. There is an Edeka in the building. If you walk through the building, you will come to Rüttenscheider Straße and find a Lidl a few meters further on the left.

Several kiosks are just a few minutes’ walk away.

There is a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a shisha bar and other stores in the immediate vicinity.
