Parking facilities:
★ You can enter the courtyard of the residence and the Plaza Hotel via the barrier. You will always find a parking space here. Parking is free for the first 45 minutes, then it costs €1.50/hour, maximum €12/day. You can pay for the card at the Plaza Hotel.
★ Alternatively, you will regularly find a parking lot on the street in front of the barrier on both sides. These are free of charge around the clock.
★ There is a parking garage nearby where you can also find a parking space at any time.

It is the 22-storey high-rise building and is identical in construction to the hotel next door. If you simply follow the path to the hotel from the barrier and continue walking, you will come to the residence where the apartment is located.

The apartment is located in the Maritim Residenz next to the Plaza Hotel. Thanks to its central location, you can be in the city center in 5 minutes by car.

There are also several supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive.

There is a good restaurant/bar right next to the building that is well worth a visit!

Of course you also have a good connection to the B227 to get to the A40. There is also a connection to the A42.

In just a few minutes you can reach Kurt-Schumacher-Straße, which leads directly to the Veltins-Arena. There are also good public transport connections to the arena.

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Stadtgarten. There is also a lake behind the building that invites you to linger.

Parking facilities:

★ You can enter the courtyard of the Residence and the Plaza Hotel via the barrier. You will always find a parking space here. Parking is free for the first 2 hours, then it costs €1.50/hour, maximum €12/day. You can pay at the ticket machine in the courtyard or at the Plaza Hotel.
★ Alternatively, you will regularly find a parking lot on both sides of the road in front of the barrier. These are free of charge around the clock.
★ There is a parking garage nearby where you can also find a parking space at any time.
