This 300m2 maisonette loft fulfills your every wish. The loft comprises the 3rd and 4th floor of the recently modernized building directly opposite the City-Arkaden, whereby both floors and the staircase belong to the private area of the accommodation and are separated by a 3.5m high apartment door.

Both floors can be reached directly via an elevator, so you are standing directly in the apartment.

You can be the chef in the kitchen, which is equipped with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens, and cook a wonderful meal for your group.

Have a great dinner as a couple or group at the solid acacia wood dining table on the designer chairs.

The Hapt bathroom on the 4th floor offers you luxurious comfort with the double shower opposite and the huge bathtub that invites you to relax.

The loft has a total of 2 full bathrooms and a modern guest WC.

The BEYOND LIVING loft is characterized by the high-quality floor made of polished screed, which covers the entire living area, high ceilings and white plaster on all walls throughout the loft.

The elegant old building charm of the renovated loft is well complemented by the high-quality, modern furnishings. The 100″ Smart TV invites you to throw yourself onto the sofa and immerse yourself in your favorite movie, spellbound by the TV’s excellent speakers.

The loft is centrally located in Wuppertal directly opposite the City-Arkaden. A supermarket can be reached in one minute from the apartment. The City-Arkaden also offers numerous inviting restaurants and bakeries right on your doorstep !

There is a parking garage behind the building with plenty of parking spaces for you. Behind the parking garage is both the Wupper and the famous suspension railroad.

We have a free parking lot for you in the parking garage directly behind the building.

Of course, there are plenty of paid parking spaces available in the parking garage if required.
