Beyond Living
In a world full of loveless products, contourless architecture and soulless accommodation, we provide an antithesis with Beyond Living. We create all Beyond Living apartments and lofts with uncompromising design and unbridled attention to detail. No two accommodations are the same and yet they are all inspired by the same spirit of quality.
Our beginnings
In 2019, founders Maximilian Seller and Michael A. Saveski launched Beyond Living. They personally welcomed all guests to their first apartment and learned a lot about hospitality and what makes a good place to stay. From the very beginning, the ironclad focus was on relentless design. Over the course of a few summers, the number of accommodations grew rapidly and the first lofts were added.
Beyond Living today
With Beyond Living Lofts, we already provide the best individual accommodation in the entire market in several cities. All accommodation in Germany is managed from the company’s headquarters in Gelsenkirchen. In 2024, Beyond Living was able to offer accommodation to over 1000 guests.
Our future
What started as a small venture has grown into a larger operation of high quality, first class accommodation. We work with great investors and owners to continue to provide our guests with a hospitality and style experience that is unique to Beyond Living.
